At the July launch of the Bradford VCS Personalisation Project, many of you gave feedback that you would like more information about Personalisation.  In particular you wanted to know about what it means in practical terms both for the people you serve and your organisation.

This free session aims to give you an introduction to Personalisation, both with regards to the national agenda and what's going on in Bradford. There will be a particular focus on personalisation for elderly people.

Brought to you by the Personalisation Programme team within Bradford City Council, you will take a detailed look at the Customer Journey for people in Bradford, with a local social care worker on hand to share their experiences.

Through presentations and question and answer sessions, we'll aim to answer any questions that you have about Personalisation. 

Our aim is for you to be in a position where, armed with information, you're able to take advantage of any opportunities presented by the Personalisation agenda.
